Comprehensive Plan Update

The Town of Prosper is currently in the process of updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, which was last updated in 2004. The town has experienced tremendous growth in the past decade, and that growth is anticipated to continue into the future. The Comprehensive Plan Update will evaluate where Prosper is today and look at components of the town such as future land use, transportation, housing, economics, infrastructure, character, and quality of life. The plan will help develop a citizen-created vision for how the town grows over the next 10 to 20 years. Based on this vision, the plan will make recommendations to accommodate and manage future growth.

The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) has completed a DRAFT of the Town's Comprehensive Plan and is requesting the citizens of Prosper review the document.
