Upcoming Elections:
On Saturday, May 11, 2013, qualified registered voters of the Town of Prosper will cast their ballot for the purpose of electing Town Council Members to Mayor, Place 1, and Place 4.

During early voting, Prosper residents may vote at the Town of Prosper Municipal Chambers, 108 W. Broadway Street, or at any Denton County Early Voting Location.
Prosper voters must go to their county precinct polling location to vote on Election Day.
In order to vote in the May 11, 2013 General Election, a citizen must be registered to vote no later than April 11, 2013.
The Town of Prosper is situated in two counties—Denton and Collin County. Please click on the appropriate link to determine if you are registered to vote in Denton or Collin County.

Texas Ethics Commission provides guidance to candidates and political parties to maintain equality for all involved in the election process. The Commission may be contacted at 512.463.5800 or http://www.ethics.state.tx.us/ Register to Vote or Change Your Voter Registration...Postage-paid voter registration applications (for new registrations or updates) are available at the Collin and Denton County Elections Centers. The completed application must be returned to the Elections Department in person or by mail to the address shown on the application form. Completed applications must be returned or clearly postmarked by the 30th day before any election in which you desire to vote. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline moves forward to the next business day.
