Citizen's Comments Welcome

The Town Council welcomes you to speak on any agenda item, but respectfully requests that a “Public Comments and Agenda Item Form” be completed and submitted to the Town Secretary prior to the council meeting.    This information is required by law to be included as part of the official record.  

“Public Comments” is not the appropriate forum to address complaints against Public Officials and/or Staff.  Complaints of this nature should be formally filed with the Town Manager at the Town Hall Offices, 121 West Broadway, Prosper, Texas.
