The Town of Prosper has adopted the following building codes:
2006 International Property Maintenance Code
Dangerous Structure Ordinance
Standards for Securing and Artistic Board-up
The Town staff will assist as much as possible with specific questions regarding code changes. However, the ultimate responsibility will be placed on architects, engineers, designers, and other licensed professionals to familiarize themselves with any changes. The International Codes will benefit all parties involved by utilizing codes that are used throughout most municipalities in Texas.
