Message from Prosper Police Chief, Doug Kowalski

Town of Prosper Community,

On behalf of everyone at Prosper Police Department, I would like to welcome you and thank you for visiting our website. The Prosper Police Department is a full service municipal department that has a staff of 40 officers, 18 civilian support staff, as well as 5 Citizens on Patrol and 5 Police Chaplain volunteers that provide service to our rapidly growing community.

We are committed to forming partnerships with our community and our department partners with citizens and businesses, government and civic organizations, as well as schools and education-based programs. This type of community involvement means our focus is keeping Prosper a safe and enjoyable place to live where both our citizens and visitors feel that they can partner with the Police Department.
