May 2023 Special Election
The next Town of Prosper Special Election takes place on Saturday, May 6, 2023, for two Propositions regarding the Town's Special Purpose Districts.
Propositions
Proposition A: “Whether the Town of Prosper Crime Control and Prevention District should be continued for 20 years and the crime control and prevention district sales tax should be continued for 20 years."
Proposición A: "Si el Distrito de Control y Prevención del Crimen del Cuidad de Prosper debe continuar durante 20 años y el impuesto sobre las ventas del distrito de control y prevención del crimen debe continuar durante 20 años".
Proposition B: “Whether the Town of Prosper Fire Control, Prevention and Emergency Medical Services District should be continued for 20 years, and the fire control, prevention and emergency medical services district sales tax should be continued for 20 years."
Proposición B: "Si el Distrito de Servicios Médicos de Emergencia, Prevención y Control de Incendios de la Cuidad de Prosper debe continuar durante 20 años, y el impuesto sobre las ventas del Distrito de Servicios Médicos de Emergencia, Prevención y Control de Incendios debe continuar durante 20 años".

- Denton County voters must vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day. Prosper residents in Denton County are in either precinct 1015, 1016 or 1017.
