The Discover Downtown Series of events is presented each year free of charge by the Parks & Recreation Department in partnership with the Prosper Economic Development Corporation. This community-focused initiative provides opportunities for locals and visitors to experience the heart of this growing city. There are more than 40 local businesses and merchants that call Downtown Prosper home. Prosper has a vibrant downtown scene and there is always something new to discover and enjoy.
The 2023 Discover Downtown Series consisted of Cinco de Mayo on May 6; Coffee & Chrome on July 22; the Moonlight Movie on Aug. 11; and Paws on Broadway on Sept. 9.
