Is there a curfew?: Yes, there is a curfew for minors. As designated in the Code of Ordinances, the curfew hours are 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. On Saturday and Sunday, the curfew hours are 12:01 - 6 a.m. For more information on the curfew, please review the Town Ordinance.

1. When are the Town Council meetings?: The Town Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Council Chambers of Prosper Town Hall with a Work Session at 5:00 p.m. and a Regular meeting at 6:15 p.m. The public may attend in person or watch live online. Meeting agendas are posted on the Town's website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

2. Can I speak at a Council meeting?: Yes, the public is invited to address the Town Council on any topic; however, the Council is unable to take action on any topic not listed on the agenda. Please fill out a Public Comment Request Form prior to 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
