The Building Inspections Division provides quality inspections of both residential and commercial projects to ensure they provide the minimum requirements to safeguard the public health, safety and emergency personnel during emergency operations. This effort is achieved through a review prior to the issuance of a permit and on-site inspections, after permit issuance, to verify code compliance throughout the construction process.

The Town of Prosper Building Inspections Division is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Inspection requests must be received before 7:00 a.m. to be scheduled for same business day.
