The community is invited to attend a special groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, February 11 at 10 a.m. Attendees will hear from Mayor Ray Smith, Town Manager Harlan Jefferson, Prosper Fire Rescue Chief Stuart Blasingame and representatives from Pogue Construction and BRW Architects Inc.
