The Code Compliance Division wants to keep the Town of Prosper safe, clean, and appealing to current and future residents. We do this by inspecting properties and investigating complaints related to nuisances and zoning violations. Common violations include:
- Abandoned/junked vehicles
- High grass, unmanaged lawns
- Home Occupations
- Junk in yard
- Stagnant water
- Vehicles parked in yard
Monthly Development Report – The Development Services Department produces a Monthly Development Report highlighting the key activities in the Planning, Building Inspection, and Code Compliance Divisions. Information includes permits issued to date, certificate of occupancies issued, zoning and development applications, and non-residential development activity.
