JUVENILE CASES

DEFENDANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 17 ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR IN COURT BEFORE THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.  THESE TYPE CASES ARE NOT PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE AND ARE NOT POSTED ON CURRENT DOCKETS.  IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING JUVENILE CASES, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURT AT 972-347-3020.

Occasionally the court closes for off-site training or meetings.  Updates on closures will be posted to the website.

You may also contact the court at (972) 347-3020 if you have questions regarding the operation schedule.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CITATION

THE DATE ON THE CITATION IS NOT A COURT DATE, IT IS AN ANSWER DATE.  THIS MEANS THAT ON OR BEFORE THAT DATE,  YOU MUST SELECT AN ELIGIBLE OPTION TO HANDLE YOUR CITATION.   SOME VIOLATIONS MAY REQUIRE THAT YOU SEE THE JUDGE.  IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT WHICH OPTION YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR, CONTACT US AT 972-347-3020.
