JUVENILE CASES
DEFENDANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 17 ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR IN COURT BEFORE THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE WITH A PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. THESE TYPE CASES ARE NOT PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE AND ARE NOT POSTED ON CURRENT DOCKETS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING JUVENILE CASES, PLEASE CONTACT THE COURT AT 972-347-3020.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CITATION
THE DATE ON THE CITATION IS NOT A COURT DATE, IT IS AN ANSWER DATE. THIS MEANS THAT ON OR BEFORE THAT DATE, YOU MUST SELECT AN ELIGIBLE OPTION TO HANDLE YOUR CITATION. OPTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SETTING YOUR CASE FOR AN APPEARANCE BEFORE THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE (COURT HEARING). SOME VIOLATIONS MAY REQUIRE THAT YOU SEE THE JUDGE AND SOME VIOLATIONS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL OPTIONS. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT WHICH OPTION YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR, CONTACT US AT 972-347-3020.
PLEASE SEE OPTIONS BELOW
