The Town of Prosper has adopted the 2021 International Codes and the 2023 National Electrical Code. All permits applied for on or after May 1, 2023 are required to comply with the 2021 version of the International Codes. All permits applied for on or after November 1, 2023 are required to comply with the 2023 version of the National Electrical Code.
Commercial
Applicants must have an approved site plan, façade plan and address plan from the Planning Division prior to submitting construction plans to the Building Inspections Division for review.
