The Town of Prosper has adopted the 2015 International Codes and the 2017 National Electrical Code. All permits applied for on or after January 1, 2019 are required to comply with these codes.
Commercial
Applicants must have an approved site plan, façade plan and address plan from the Planning Division prior to submitting construction plans to the Building Inspections Division for review. Please note that the Town has contracted with a third-party plans examiner and inspection company to complete commercial plan review and inspections on certain projects.
