Effective October 1, 2025, the following amendments have been adopted to the Fee Schedule.  

• Health & Sanitation and Multifamily Registration and Inspection Fee Schedule Amendments
  • Appendix A Fee Schedule {in its entirety}

Update of Proration of annual fees for Food establishment permits: One to five business days late shall be subject to late payment penalty equal to 50% of the annual fee amount. Any such annual fee whose payment is more than five business days late shall be subject to a late payment penalty equal to 100% of the annual fee.
