The standard terms and conditions apply to all procurements and purchase orders issued by the Town of Prosper. Vendors will be required to acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions, in order to conduct business with the Town.
Depending on the nature of the goods and services provided to the Town, certificates of insurance meeting the requirements and provisions outlined in the document below will be submitted to the Purchasing Office before any work commences.
