Community RoomCommunity Room reservation requests can be made by submitting a reservation request form. Before submitting a request form, please read the Community Room Reservations Policy (PDF).

Please note that reservations are not finalized until a confirmation email is received from community@prospertx.gov.

Eligibility

The Community Room is available free of charge to Town of Prosper residents and non-profit or civic groups located in Prosper, and may be booked by individuals age 18 years and older.

Technology

A video monitor is available for presentations and Internet access. Organizations must provide their own laptop to connect to the Town's equipment. For instructions on connecting, please view the technology instructions (PDF).

Hours of Availability (Normal Library Hours)

  • Monday: 9:30 am to 8 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30 am to 8 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:30 am to 8 pm
  • Thursday: 9:30 am to 8 pm
  • Friday: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am to 3 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
